Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
